Spatial Analytics questions
Do we need to install sensors or beacons?
No. Spatial Analytics uses location data from the Wi-Fi access points you already have. There is nothing extra to install, power or maintain. If you also want exact counts at specific doors or gates, People Counting adds dedicated sensors on the same platform.
Which Wi-Fi platforms support Spatial Analytics?
Spatial Analytics is available today for HPE Aruba Networking environments, developed in partnership with HPE. Our captive portal and advertising products work across all major enterprise Wi-Fi vendors.
How do you handle visitor privacy?
Insight is reported in aggregate, at venue and zone level. We never identify individuals from location data and guests do not need to install an app or sign in to be counted.
Can I combine Spatial Analytics with the captive portal?
Yes. Together they connect where people go with what they engaged with, so you can target journeys by zone and prove sponsor exposure with real footfall.
