FAQ
Wi‑Fi Engagement questions
How long does it take to go live?
There is no hardware to install. INCAPTIV connects to your existing Wi-Fi controller, so most of the work is configuring your journeys and content, and we help with both.
Which Wi-Fi equipment do you support?
HPE Aruba Networking, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Ubiquiti UniFi, Cambium Networks, Zyxel Nebula and MikroTik, plus other enterprise-grade controllers that support an external captive portal.
Can different areas of a venue show different content?
Yes. Journeys are assigned to groups of access points, so each zone can have its own branding, sponsor, ads and data capture.
Where does captured data go?
Opted-in data is stored securely and can be synced automatically to your CRM, email or ticketing platform through our built-in connectors or API.
